What is the price of your service?

My exporter has no export license. Can you help me export the goods?

Yes, we can. We can buy the export license, do the custom declarations and ship the goods out to you for general cargo.

Can you help me inspect my goods?

What should the tracking number look like?

The tracking number should be a 12 digit number starting with ‘SLE-‘ as its prefix. An example is shown bellow,

What can I do in case of missing mail?

If you are not the sender, ask your sender to get to the agency he sent from. You could also lay a complain to us through our “contact us” info and if your package has failed notification, we will get back to you. Otherwise, contact us via our contact page.
