Signing up for Informed Delivery can help prevent mail identity theft by giving you information to give you a head start on thieves (and if you don’t – they could get there first). It is a free service that can be very helpful in a number of ways.
When you sign up for Informed Delivery, you can use email notifications and an online dashboard to preview letter-sized mail pieces that are now being sent to your address or P.O. Box digitally.
You can track packages so that you know what is being shipped, when it will arrive, and when it has already arrived. You may control notifications, specify delivery instructions, and set up redelivery appointments. You will soon be able to digitally sign for packages if necessary. Simply pressing the button below will alert the SLE if a certain piece of mail was not delivered.

Sea Link Express (SLE) informed Delivery is a free and optional notification service that gives residential consumers the ability to digitally preview their packages information updates.
Notifications with mail piece images will be sent on days when mail is being processed and delivered to the home. Notifications are not sent on days when there is no mail to be delivered.
Activation time for the feature may vary, but typically you will begin to receive notifications within three business days.
Note: National delivery can range from overnight – 3 business days depending on the receiver’s location. International delivery on the other hand takes 3 – 5 business days depending on the receiver’s country.
